We want you to be completely happy with our products and service. We guarantee products for one year from date of purchase. If you are anything less than completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for an exchange or a product refund. The order confirmation that came with your order has return instructions on the back. Please retain the confirmation in the event you would like an exchange or refund.

Please note: If you have bears in your area, we advise our customers to do what we do: take birdfeeders indoors if bears are in your area. We do not cover damage from bears.
