The Duncraft Guarantee

Duncraft feeders carry a Three-Year Guarantee. If a feeder is defective in materials or workmanship, Duncraft at its option will provide either replacement parts, product repair or merchandise replacement for the length of the guarantee. Guarantee for feeders stated as squirrel-proof covers any serious damage from gray squirrels which impairs the functionality of the feeder. We are proud of our products and stand behind them 100%.
