Duncraft feeders carry a Three-Year Guarantee. If a feeder is defective in materials or workmanship, Duncraft at its option will provide either replacement parts, product repair or merchandise replacement for the length of the guarantee. In addition, covers any serious damage from gray squirrels which impairs the functionality of the feeder if the feeder is stated to be squirrel-proof. Mike Dunn, CEO & GM Duncraft Products Division Leads Duncraft Product Sales & Marketing along with new product development HEADS UP NATIONAL MARKETING for Duncraft Products, Mike started with Duncraft December 1971. Mike, a veteran of more than 40 years in sales and marketing management, has wide experience in many sales and distribution channels.

Mike believes that the success of Duncraft Products in the market place depends on the success of the Duncraft distributor and dealer network. Liane Hoyt, Manager If you have telephoned our Duncraft Products Division, chances are you have spoken to Liane Hoyt, a star 25 year veteran of Duncraft. As Duncraft Product Marketing Programs Manager, Liane oversees marketing planning and customer service. Her top priority is to provide the very best personal service to our customers -- that means on-time shipment, quick problem-solving, and responsiveness to your feedback.

Liane literally 'grew up' in our company, starting out as a shipper. She rose through the ranks, demonstrating her abilities in various responsibilities over the years. Beginning in 1992 Liane played a key role in launching Duncraft Products nationwide into the retail marketplace. Liane has had a chance to put many a face to a name as she has exhibited product for Duncraft at the National Hardware Show, BirdWatch America and many regional shows.
